When I act intentionally, with purpose, confusion drifts away and I feel calm and righteous. Confusion, though, is attractive and sometimes I feel it’s the only emotional state I can have. The seldom moments of serenity I experience from time to time prove me that it’s not true, but I have to find ways to trigger them, to trigger stillness and clarity in my mind.
A way to start this search for serenity could be to remember and examine moments of clarity and calm I experienced in the past and try to reproduce similar circumstances.
Have you ever tried? Did you find it useful? Are you a serenity seeker?
